Returns & exchanges

We are happy to give refunds on online orders, if the items are returned within 14 days of purchase in perfect condition. Please note that items bought on sale at a reduced price are not eligible for a refund unless they are received damaged. In line with Which?'s Consumer Right's Regulations we do not accept returns on earrings or other personal items.

We use Royal Mail signed for postage. All shipping costs are in line with Royal Mail prices, plus packaging.
